Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor is seeking an experienced Marketing Professional to join our strong and collaborative Administrative Team this spring. Our school is looking for an individual who values authentic relationships, collaboration, innovation, and working to share the Rudolf Steiner School with the community.

This is a half-time (20 hours per week) position with a salary based on experience in the marketing field. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the School Administrator and supports the entire school organization with engaging, clear, authentic, and effective promotional communications designed to attract new students, retain existing students, and enhance the school’s community presence. We are seeking someone who can:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet enrollment objectives and build brand awareness.
• Lead the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Oversee design, creation, and updates of school website. Provide guidance on usage, approve all content submitted by shareholders.

Job Requirements
